• Event Parking Signage Request: Use this form to request the placement of the sandwich board style signs on campus informing the public of your event and/or directing the public to park on the lower level of the parking garage.
• Marketing Services Request Form: Use this form to request marketing materials, services, or assistance in promoting your event.
• Photo Release Form: (PDF) Print copies of this form to secure permission to photograph students, faculty, staff, or visitors at IU Kokomo for publications and other uses.
• Project Overview Survey: We encourage you to fill out this online survey to let us know about your experiences in working with our office.
• Propose a Story: You can send us story/article ideas online for upcoming events, feature articles, announcements, or other items of interest. Simply fill out our online form and we’ll follow up with you.
• Creative Brief: (PDF) Use this creative brief to tell us about your proposed marketing project, your target audience, and your messages.
