The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid provides current and potential students at Indiana University Kokomo, their families, and the community at large with information about the availability of financial assistance in support of their educational goals. Financial aid and scholarships are awarded to support bachelor's degrees, selected master's degrees and certificate programs. The office is dedicated to ensuring that students obtain the most beneficial financial aid package for which they are eligible, including awards that recognize both scholastic achievement and financial need.

FAFSA Workshop

IU Kokomo will host a FAFSA Workshop for free FAFSA assistance for highschool seniors. FAFSA is now available for the 2018-19 academic year. Families will use 2016 tax information to complete the application. Each student and one parent will also need to create an FSA ID to sign and submit the application. Should your high school plan a FAFSA workshop on-site and would like to request a financial aid counselor, please contact our office to inquire about availability.

 IU Kokomo will be hosting College Goal Sunday on November 5 and February 25 from 2-4 p.m. in the campus library ILC 1 & 2.

 The FAFSA deadline has been extended to April 15 permanently, in future years there will be no corrections deadline on May 15.

Needed to complete application:
  • Create FSA ID
  • Social Security Information
  • Complete 2016 tax returns
  • Untaxed income and asset information
