Academic Success Coaching
Carole Ogle
Carole Ogle
Carole began her college experience as a traditional-aged student, re-entered as the mother of a young baby – three different times – and finally completed her degree as a grandmother. Along the way, she learned time management and prioritization skills which led to college success. Carole is eager to assist students in overcoming obstacles so that earning a college degree can become a reality.

Ultimately, his varied background, love for academia, and passion for student success has resulted in his current pursuit of an advanced degree in Higher Education through Kansas State Global Campus. Tammy graduated from IU Kokomo with a double major in Business Administration and Accounting. She knows the adjustment to a new environment and a university culture can sometimes be intimidating and overwhelming. Teri (Teresa) Robison
Teri Robison
Teri understands the challenges of finding life balance and managing stress. Much of her undergraduate degree was accomplished while she had a full-time career and a family. With a BS in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan, she later completed a graduate education program to become a teacher. Now, after having successfully “coached” both of her daughters through IU Kokomo’s rigorous School of Nursing program, she is motivated to help other college students fulfill their graduation destiny as well.

Student Testimonials

"Success coaching gives me a secondary motivator and has been able to open my eyes to my full potential, academically and personally."

"It didn’t seem like I had time for anything, including homework. I began meeting with my Success Coach and worked on a time management plan. It’s crazy how something so simple can be so effective. I still meet regularly with my Coach, just so I can hold myself accountable."

"I was very stressed out about an almost failing grade in my anatomy class. I met with my Success Coach, and she helped me develop a plan, which included adjusting my study habits, utilizing the lab, and connecting me with an anatomy tutor. She has also suggested I partner with fellow students for study sessions. I finished the class with a C+."

"I have a 3.5 GPA, and I meet with my Success Coach regularly for preventative maintenance. I realize that I am responsible for my educational success, and I don’t want to wait until things begin to go south before I reach out for assistance. Success Coaches are sort of like having a resource in your back pocket, just in case you need it.”"
